BOOKSHOPS, BOOKSHOPS, BOOKSHOPS.
Hey! How're you doing today? I hope you're having some awesome time of your life! And if you're not, it's okay. You're going to be better. ONE DAY.
When I've been thinking recently about what should I write about, I realized two things: thinking about what to write is useless, relaxing is better. And then I remembered (while relaxing) that there is a thing I've thinking about a lot lately and I think it's actually a cool thing to think about. There is so much I could tell you about, but it's either too personal or too unhelpful for others, I guess. But this topic I'd love talk about today is going to make you discover something new about you and your life, hopefully.
You know, we are all helpless when it comes to deciding what to do with our lives and how to become what you dream about and how to fulfill your life purpose and whatever. Actually we all struggle with this freaking hard decision, THE STRUGGLE IS REAL, guys. And there is nothing more difficult in this entire world than making your life worth it. And I'm not here today to tell you how to do it, 'cause I simply have no idea.
But what I know is where I want to get in the end. I mean, I have no clear knowledge of what I'll be put through in my life, I'm 254% unsure actually. And I kinda hunch that you feel the same, there are no clairvoyants amongst us, or I don't know any in person. So the thing is that we all feel bad about not knowing. Being unsure and unable to tell what's going to happen makes us all desperate and afraid. Our visions are hidden under those dark storm clouds which you only can penetrate if you're brave enough to go close to them. And that's the issue. Those clouds are far away.
But there is one cloud that's supposed to be all fluffy and white and welcoming and that's the one on the end of the sky road. Two years ago I came to a realization that after my life happens to be done, all my dreams fulfilled, all the people I wanted to love will be loved, I will get a tiny and cosy bookshop in the center (who knows what city, tho). Knowing that when I'm old and happy I could make this one thing I always wished for come true, is such a cool knowledge. We will never be able to predict what will happen troughout our life but knowing where we want to end up being will make it easier to get your shit together just right now. Don't get all miserabe just because you do not know. Think about one activity or just a job that you know you don't want to spend your life doing but you still would love to have it, become it. Think about one thing that's not going to be your life purpose but still, it will make the end of your life all done with a style and grace. Know that even if there is no clear vision of your life because of those dark clouds, there is always this fluffy glittery cloud on the end of your journey that will end the storm.
This one thing you will be sure of will make your heart and mind rest in peace for a while. Not knowing what your life is about to bring is cool. Embrace the uncertainty. But knowing how your life is going to end is even cooler (that sounds terrible, tho). Be looking forward to living this little dream that's going to finish and make your immense, exquisite but difficult life all light and easy and peaceful.
My life-end dream is to get a bookshop, where there would be little stools with lamps on them, where there would be sofas where people could explore their horizons while reading, where the smell of the mixture of old paper and the new one would create and unmistakeable atmosphere, where all the furniture would look like MyLifeAsEva's apartment (you can search that on google, if you like), where there would be soundtrack music playing from all of my beloved movies and where there would always be less than three customers in the shop, just enough to make the place still charming and cosy but just enough not to perish.
Thanks to this knowledge, I am not afraid. My life might be tough and I might not know how to live it but thanks to knowing my life-end goal I can be sure that everything works out in the end. Find this goal for you too. It could be anything from baking cupcakes all day or being a professional chess-player, even though you know it's nothing you want to dedicate your life to. Be passionate about this dream and trust It will bring passion even to your whole life.
